Mr. Gomiyeon is a real estate investor who travels between Korea and the United States and is the CEO of Global Frontier Asset, a U.S. real estate investment advisory firm.
Since 2014, I have been immersed in domestic real estate investment, and have built up my practical skills through reconstruction, redevelopment, subscription rights,
small building construction, auctions, and bad debt investments.
Based on my experience of directly investing in US real estate several times since 2019, I have given lectures to thousands of people, provided 1:1 consulting to hundreds of people, and consulted on investments in over 100 US real estate properties.
